I believe in enjoying life, reaching for the stars, dreaming BIG, training hard and living the best possible life. Everything is about choices. I choose to live well just like my clients do. I believe in the 3 Ds: determination, desire, and dedication. You have to have heart felt desire to start the journey to living well, you have to have a fierce determination to stay on track, and you must be dedicated to living well each day to stay pointed in the right direction toward your goals & dreams.

USATF Level 1 Certified Coach
Road Runners Club of America Certified Coach -- MN State Rep
Successfully completed 4 marathons, and countless road races
Completed summits of many high peaks in CO including two 14ers & many 12-13,000 ft. peaks
Areas of Expertise: body composition, strength training, endurance training, outdoor fitness training, weight management, bone density, run/walk training programs, motivation, womens fitness programs

I love to do all these things in our beautiful cities as well as up North! What a great place we live! I have convinced my husband that outdoor fitness is the way to actually enjoy exercise!
